3 qts popped corn 1 1/2 cups unblanched whole almonds 1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup honey 1 cup peanut butter (jif creamy) 1 teaspoon vanilla |

Instructions: |
In a large roaster combine popped corn & almonds. Keep warm in a 250 degree oven. Butter sides of a heavy 1 1/2 qt. saucepan. Combine sugar, honey and corn syrup. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil hard 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popcorn....Stir and Cool. Break into bite size pieces.
