Ingredients:
1/2 c. corn
1 tsp. oil
3 rounded tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
splash vanilla
salt as desired
Cooking Instructions:
As corn starts sizzle in oil add sugar, mix constantly until completely popped. Stir in large bowl until separated. Pour over melted butter and vanilla. Salt as desired.
Serving Suggestions:
Eat as much as you like!
Additional Comments:
Warm water cleans a well oiled popper. Expect a bit of blackening if you make this recipe often.
