l (14-ounce) package carmaels 2 tablespoons whipping cream 12 cups popped popcorn l cup dry-roasted peanuts |

Instructions: |

Combine caramels & whipping cream in a glass bowl. Microwave at high 3 minutes or until melted, stirring mixture once. Put popcorn and peanuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with caramel sauce, tossing gnetly to coat. PUt popcorn mixture on a lightly greased l5x10" jellyroll pan. Bake at 250 degrees for l hour. Cool.
